RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To raise a return or exchange request whatsapp us with your order ID at: +91-8595131835

7 day return and exchange is eligible from the date of order delivery on all A'SHOO garments provided the garments do not have any kind of stains, cuts or other damage & should be unwashed, unused with all the tags intact.

Money refund will be provided within 15 days from the date of placing return request in the source account from which the payment has been made during purchase, in case of COD (cash on delivery) account details have to be provided via whatsapp: (+91-8595131835) along with return request in order to receive the refund amount. Return & exchange is available if the garments pass the quality check (Garments will pass the quality check if they don't have any stains, cuts, dirt or any other damage). If the garments do not pass the quality check then the garments will be returned to the customer by default.

A'SHOO does strong quality checks before delivering the garments to the customers so that the customer can receive items in fresh and perfect condition, in a rare case if you think you have received a damaged item then a 360 degree sealed parcel opening video is a must to claim a return or an exchange.
